Relevanz was formed by Peter Rivett-Jones and Julie Stead-Connor following four years of working together as CRM and data planners for ASDA and after realising that many clients struggle to develop their CRM Marketing strategies due to a lack of expertise or having the bandwidth beyond their everyday roles.
With our mix of client and agency side experience and many years working as planners, very few companies can offer our level of practical knowledge and hands-on planning expertise in relationship and data driven marketing. This knowledge has been gained from working with clients big and small with differing levels of CRM and data-driven marketing maturity.
I am a marketer with a passion for the planning and strategic delivery of data and CRM Marketing activity. Over the past 25 years I have been developing CRM and loyalty programmes with blue-chip clients including Barclays, ASDA, NHS, Matalan, Unilever, Toyota, P&G, Pfizer, Nestle, Vauxhall & Scandinavian Airlines. I have worked in, run, owned and sold marketing agencies before co-founding Relevanz.

I am a marketer who understands the pressures and politics of working in both an agency and in client businesses, I have worked at senior levels in both before co-founding Relevanz. Over the past 25 years I have developed CRM and data-driven marketing strategies for clients including Pfizer, Haleon, Matalan, Card Factory, Imperial Tobacco, CBI, ASDA, Otto Group, Very, Cresta Holidays, Eurostar, Wallace Arnold, TUI, Green Flag, Barclays, Engage Mutual and Everychild.
